How do you ship?

We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping for domestic orders totalling $150 or more. Standard shipping charges will be added to all international orders.

How long does it take to get there?

Orders of available stock are shipped within 3 business days of placement. We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, you must wait until your package is scanned in by the carrier to begin tracking your package. You have the option to select between USPS or UPS shipping and the desired service level at checkout. Orders $150 and over automatically qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping.

Do you ship international?

Transit time ranges depending on the efficiency of the customs office. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the carrier. Please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional costs, tariffs and/or brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards along with PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to return a purchased item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for authorization and shipping advice. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Full-priced items purchased online and returned by mail are eligible for a refund as long as they are in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all labels and tags attached. Returned sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

If you’d like to initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we may set aside the desired item(s) for exchange. For exchanges, the customer will incur the cost shipping the item(s) back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s) to the customer.

We will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.

We will extend our return window to accommodate returns or exchanges from purchases intended for gifting during the holiday season. fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.
